General Rule: All Sales are Final Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order is completed and the product download link or access key is sent. We urge you to read the product description carefully before making a purchase.
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place. We may honor requests for a refund under the following conditions:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to mailing issues or system errors, you do not receive a delivery email from us within 24 hours.
- Major defects: The digital product has unexpected technical issues or is completely unusable, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
- Product not-as-described: The product is entirely different from the description on our website. (Please note that minor variations do not qualify).
3. Refund Request Process To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. You must provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue (including screenshots if applicable).
4. Processing of Refunds If your request is approved, the refund will be processed via your original method of payment (Paddle, PayPal, or NowPayments). Please note: For cryptocurrency transactions via NowPayments, any approved refunds will be processed based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction, and network transaction fees (gas fees) are non-refundable.
